A: You must present your original driver's license (over 2 years old), a valid ID (National ID or Passport) and a credit card in the name of the main driver for the deposit.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
A: Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation for free up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup. After this time, fees may apply.
Q: What is the minimum age to rent from Macys Rent Cars?
A: The minimum age is 21 for city cars. For our Premium models like the Peugeot 208 Hybrid, an age of 25 and confirmed driving experience are required.
